Since 1955, the members of the Dover Alumnae Chapter have developed community service programs to address the challenges facing African-Americans, and hence, all Americans in Kent County Delaware.  Over the years a wide range of programs have been implemented that demonstrate the mission of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

Our programs are centered on the Five-Point Programmatic Thrust:

Physical and Mental Health
